Nasi Claypot Senang Sangat!
How's the tittle? Catchy enough? hahaha
Its MONDAY again... How's ur weekend? for me, i lurve it so much, coz i explore a few recipes that really suit my taste buds... Since CNY is just around the conner, my taste buds pun lebih kepada oriental dish.
SO for the 1st entry of the week, nim will share my very own NASI CLAYPOT recipe yang tersangat senang. Nasi ni nim masak last friday, time tu sorang2 kat rumah sbb all my housemates ada 'gateaway' masing2. Jadi bila sorang2 kat rumah, kepala ni ligat berfikir nak masak apa, memandang mlm tu rasa penat sgt so nim terus fikir nak masak 2 in 1 dish hehehe. my fav style of cooking. less hassle kan, x byk mencuci. save time n energy gitu.
Ingredients? hmmm ni lagi satu, time nak masak ingat semua bahan ada. rupe2 nye my DRIED MUSHROOM is our of stock!!!!! uwaa time tu fikir what is claypot rice without dried mushroom??? but in 3 seconds...no mushroom no problem, kita tukar with carrot n jagung (ko ada? hahaha menangis my mom tgk resepi ni) hehehe nama pun my own style kan, ni kaw punye my own style.
No claypot? Yang ni mmg dah sedar diri dari mula yg kat rumah ni mmg xde claypot BUT thats not the reason. Ingat x apa yg nim selalu stresskan be creative and experimental with your cooking. For this recipe, im not using claypot but im using rice cooker. Remember dont stress yourself by following the step in the recipe k.
Enough with talking kan... lebih baik nim share my recipe:
2 1/2 cawan beras (nim guna beras wangi jasmine)
2 sudu besar kicap Manis Adabi
3 sudu Kicap pekat
4 ulas bawang putih
2 ulas bawang merah
1 bawang besar
air (sukatan sama dengan sukatan beras)
8 ketul ayam
sedikit maggi secukup rasa
1/2 batang carrot
3 sudu jagung manis ligo
Minyak masak untuk menumis
sedikit minyak bijan
Cara
Tumiskan bawang besar, merah, putih sehingga naik bau.
Masukkan ayam dan campurkan kicap manis dan pekat. masak seketika
Masukkan beras dan gaul sebati. Tambahkan minyak bijan, carrot dan jagung.
Masukkan air dan akhir sekali masukkan sedikit perencah secukup rasa. (x perlu tambah garam sbb rasanya dah cukup masin but klau nak tambah ikut selera masing2 ye)
Masukkan dalam periuk elektrik dan tunggu sampai masak. Seterusnya leh mamam...
