Carrot cake anyone? This recipe was given by my friend in 2010. Since that, this recipe never failed me with it's moist texture. Furthermore, the aroma of this cuppies really killing you softly!
130 gm self raising flour
1tspn baking soda
1/2 tspn ground cloves
130 gm brown sugar
2 cups grated carrots
1/2 cup walnut
2 eggs
150 ml vegetable oil
1/4 tspn salt
# all in method...
As simple as that!
